outdoor, documentary style maternity session, to include any + all additional family members. You will receive a gallery with fully edited high resolution photos to preserve this remarkable time in your family journey.
How many pictures will we receive?
You should expect at least 20-30 photos for a mini session, and between 50-100 photos for a full session.
How should we dress for our session?
Wear something that you are comfortable in and reflects your personality. I personally prefer neutral colors (so that YOU can be the star and not the clothing), but it is your choice! Want to wear that flamingo print-- then go for it! I like movement in photos, so a flowing dress, loose fitting shirt, things with texture, different layers etc. For kids, have them dress to match the vibe of the shoot but also something you don't mind getting a little dirty. Avoid clothes with logos/pictures/prints etc. Avoid clothing that is restrictive or too revealing (unless that is what you are aiming for!) Basically, dress to impress- yourself!
What’s the best time to have a session?
GOLDEN HOUR!! I understand that with young kids, bedtime is critical and sometimes the late evening just doesn't work, so I can be flexible. However, I also can guarantee that you will love your photos so much more with ideal lighting and beautiful sun set backdrops. So, let's get the photos and still get your family to bed at a reasonable time. Golden hour sessions start ideally between 5:30-7 pm, depending on the time of year.
When will I get my photos and how?
You can expect to get your digital photos within a couple weeks. I can use Pixieset, Dropbox or iCloud to deliver your frame worthy photos.
